Big Dish Satellite supplies and installs satellite broadband systems. We are based in the Limousin but can arrange for equipment to be sent all over France. Locally, we carry out installations and we collaborate with fellow installers who cover the areas that we don’t reach. Why choose Big Dish? I only get paid if that customer continues with the service so my job is to provide an after sales service long after the initial payment has been paid. If you talk to large suppliers (ie those who have a Sales Dept and a Service Dept) then the sales person you are talking to is paid on commission. Whatever product he or she sells you, he or she will get paid a commission whether or not that product is right for you. If you’re not happy ultimately, your problem is passed to the Service Dept. With Big Dish Satellite, that is different. Sales and Service is run by the same person. I will always turn a sale away knowing if the product is not right for the customer and that’s why I will ask you loads of intrusive questions on the initial sales call.
